Exchange:

For our customers’ satisfaction that we strive to reach, we offer an Exchange Service, If you received the parcel and wanted to change the chosen model or size. You could raise an exchange request and within 14 working days, we will be fulfilling your request. The exchange shipping fees will be 200 EGP.

To exchange your order, you shall create a new order with the desired model and You shall mention the exchange request in the “Additional comment” form.

Return:

While we hope that you are always delighted with your order, we understand that you may want to return Items and for that reason, we provide a return facility with a full refund service.

The refund takes place by crediting back your credit card in case you purchased via Visa/Master or through a bank transfer. You shall also refund through crediting your Bequem’s account and you will be given a voucher card with your credit balance that you can use in your next purchase.
The refund shipping fees will be 200 EGP.
To raise a return request, send to us via Contact Us form or send an email at [email protected] to initiate the process, once you send your request we will be informing our courier to pick up the item from your doorstep within 3 working days.

Exchange & Return requests shall only be processed under the following conditions:

  • To be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase. 
  • The item must be in its original packing. 
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition, you received.
